We want you to be happy with BotHax. Because a license key is delivered instantly and can't be taken back from the PC it's activated on, refunds work as follows.
Try it first
New players can use BotHax free for 1 day — no payment needed. Please use the free trial to check that BotHax runs well on your PC before you buy. The trial is free, so there is nothing to refund for it.
When you can get a refund
- Wrong PC ID: if you entered a PC ID by mistake, contact us within 7 days — we replace the key for the right PC instead of refunding.
- It doesn't work for you: if BotHax doesn't run on your PC and support can't fix it, ask within 7 days of buying for a full refund.
- Charged twice: duplicate payments are always refunded.
When refunds aren't possible
- More than 7 days after buying.
- Because you changed your mind after using the key — the free trial is there to decide before buying.
- When a game update or a game publisher's decision affects your game account (see the terms).
How to ask
Open a support ticket with your order number (BH-…). Approved refunds are sent back through PayPal to the original payment method, usually within a few days, and the license is marked as refunded in your account.
Chargebacks
Please talk to us first. A PayPal dispute or chargeback cancels the license connected to that payment.
