Terms of service

Last updated October 28, 2026

These terms apply when you create an account on this website, start a free trial or buy a BotHax license from FlyffBotHax. By doing any of these, you agree to them.

1. The product

BotHax is Windows software that helps you play the browser game Flyff Universe: it runs the game in its own window, reads what the game knows about monsters, players and your target (read-only), and sends keyboard and mouse input, like a player. It does not change the game, its memory, its files or its network traffic. It is an independent product and is not made, endorsed or supported by Gala Lab, Sniegu Technologies or anyone connected with Flyff Universe.

BotHax runs on Windows 10 and Windows 11 (64-bit). Please use the free trial to check that it runs on your PC.

2. Who can use it

You must be old enough to make a contract where you live, or have a parent's or guardian's permission. You are responsible for keeping your account's password safe.

3. Free trial

  • New players can try BotHax free for 1 day, with every feature, without paying.
  • There is one free trial per person, per account, per PC and per internet connection (IP address). Trial keys obtained with extra accounts, by changing the PC ID or by hiding your connection may be cancelled.
  • A trial does not turn into a paid plan by itself — nothing is charged unless you buy a plan.

4. Licenses

  • A license key works on the one PC whose PC ID you entered, for the period of your plan (or for life, for a lifetime plan).
  • Plans do not renew automatically. A key for the same PC bought while another is running starts when the current key ends.
  • You may not share, resell, publish or try to change license keys, or try to bypass the license check.
  • You may not reverse engineer, decompile, crack or modify BotHax. Doing so ends your license at once, without a refund.
  • You are buying a right to use the software, not the software itself.
  • One BotHax account per person: one account per PC and per internet connection. Extra accounts may be closed, and their keys cancelled.

5. Your game account

Game publishers may forbid automation tools. It is your responsibility to read the game's rules and decide whether to use BotHax. We are not responsible for any action a game publisher takes against your game account.

6. Payments

Prices are shown in US dollars and charged once, through PayPal. Your license key is delivered as soon as PayPal confirms the payment. Because the key is delivered right away, you ask us at checkout to deliver it immediately; where the law gives a right to cancel a purchase of digital content, that right ends once the key has been delivered. This does not affect the refund policy.

7. Updates and availability

We aim to keep BotHax working with the current game, but not every feature may work at all times: a game update can break a feature until we release a fix. A feature that is temporarily not working is not by itself a reason for a refund while BotHax otherwise works. We provide the software "as is", without warranties to the extent the law allows.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about BotHax is limited to the amount you paid for the license concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.

9. Ending your access

We may cancel licenses obtained by fraud, chargeback abuse, sharing keys or misusing the free trial. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; changes do not affect licenses already paid for.
